Terms of Service

POMS provides AI-powered video clip generation. You may only use it for lawful purposes. You agree not to process content that violates any applicable law, infringes intellectual property rights, contains harmful or threatening material, or violates the terms of the source video platform.

You are responsible for your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Saye Labs is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.

Credits are purchased in advance and consumed on processing. Credits do not expire. All purchases are final. Refunds are issued automatically when platform-side failures consume a credit without producing output.

You retain all rights to content you submit. You grant Saye Labs a limited license to process your content solely to deliver the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train models without explicit consent.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to clip and distribute content from source videos you submit.

You may not reverse engineer or extract underlying AI models, or use automated means to submit excessive requests. Violations may result in account termination without refund.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Credits are not consumed for jobs that fail due to platform errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saye Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed what you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

We may terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings. Remaining credits are non-refundable on termination unless we are in breach.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
